What documents do I need to provide for admission to LDCC?

  • Complete an Online Application for Admissions 
  • Completed Official Immunization Form or proof of two measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR), one current tetanus-diphtheria shot (TD), and a meningitis shot (first time freshmen), or request for exemption
  • Proof of registration with Selective Service for males 18 - 25 (
  • Placement test scores (ACT, Accuplacer, SAT) may be needed for placement into college level coursework.
  • Previous college transcripts are not required; however, if you are interested in receiving transfer credit, you must submit your official college transcript(s).

Can I fax my missing documents to LDCC?

Yes. However, it is best to either scan the documents and email them to: or in person at the campus you plan on attending.

  • Immunization Records
  • Selective Service Registration
  • GED Scores
  • ACT Scores
  • SAT Scores
  • UNOFFICIAL High School or College Transcripts 
*NOTE:  LDCC must receive your OFFICIAL transcripts to meet all admission requirements.

Do I need to take a placement test?

Because there are certain classes you can take without taking a placement test, a placement test is not required, but highly recommended if you have not provided LDCC with your ACT, Accuplacer, or SAT scores. 

How do I apply?

You can APPLY online. If you need assistance with applying, you may also come to the Enrollment Services Office on the campus you would like to attend.

When will I receive a LDCC email address?

Once you are admitted to the College you will receive a LDCC email address. You must access the “My LADelta Student Email System” on the Delta website home page to get started. 

What classes do I register for?

You will need to contact your Academic Advisor to see which classes you would need to take.

How do I register for classes?

First, you must be admitted to LDCC to register for classes. Once admitted log on to the LDCC Website and click on “LoLA Registration Process” link to get started. If you have questions, contact Enrollment Services (Registrar’s Office) at (318) 345-9003 or your local campus.

How do I resign from the college?

To resign from ALL classes you must visit Enrollment Services (Registrar's Office) to complete a resignation form.  To withdraw from ONE or MORE (but not all of your classes), log on to LoLA under your registration of courses.

How can I access my unofficial transcript?

To view your unofficial transcript you can log onto LoLA, click Student, then Student Records, and select Unofficial Transcript. 

How will I know when my Admissions status is complete?

As soon as you are admitted, whether fully or provisionally, you will receive an email with your LoLA username and temporary password. You can check your application status by clicking the “apply here now” link on our homepage and enter in the login/pin you used when applying. Click on the term you registered for and you will see the list of required documents you have or have not submitted to our office.

I have called several time, but no one answers.

Our office handles several hundred phone calls per day during peak times. We do our best to answer all of our calls. Unfortunately, we are not always able to answer every call during our peak times. Please email us at and we will be happy to serve you.  You may also come to any local campus Enrollment Services office to find the help and support you may need.

Where do I pay my tuition & fees?

Students may pay tuition and fees by credit or debit card (MasterCard/Discover/American Express) via LoLA through CASH NET. Follow instructions listed below:
Log in to LoLA
Scroll down to Self Service, click on Louisiana Delta Community College.
Next, click on Student Tab, then Student Account, and then Account Summary.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Payment Options.
If you want to pay account in full, click on Click here to make payment.
If you want to set-up an installment payment plan, click Enroll in the “Term” Payment Plan.
Scroll down, click on View Agreement and read. Next, click on I Agree and Print Page
*Installment payment plans are available for the fall and spring semesters only. *Installment payment plans are not available for Summer Session.
The College continues to accept money orders and personal and cashier’s checks at the Student Billing Office.
Any student registering for classes may not have an outstanding balance due LDCC from a prior semester, with the exception of those students who advance register for fall who may have an outstanding balance for summer registration only.

Can I pay for my tuition and fees over the phone?

No. However, you may mail payments, pay online, or visit the billing office on each campus.

If I am receiving Financial Aid, do I need to set-up a payment plan in LoLA?

All students must pay their tuition and fees – either self-pay or payment via financial aid funds. Do not assume that your financial aid funds will be applied to your account. You must access LoLA to determine if your account balance has been paid. If your financial aid award has been processed and the financial aid pays the full amount of your tuition and fees, you do not need to make a payment or set-up a payment plan in LoLA. If you owe a balance, you MUST either pay the balance, set-up a payment plan, or contact the Financial Aid office for additional information or your classes will be dropped after payment due dates. How do I receive my financial aid refund?

If a refund is due to you, you will receive your refund via your BankMobile Disbursements refund selection. You may also have your refund transferred to a checking or savings account through BankMobile.

When will I receive a BankMobile Disbursements refund selection kit?

Refund Selection Kits are mailed after you are registered for classes. You will receive the kit a couple weeks after classes begin. Follow the instructions to select a refund perference and always keep your address current with the school to receive important information regarding your refund.

How do I receive a LDCC parking decal?

Parking decals are paid for at the Student Billing Office. The cost is $45 Fall to Summer, $30 Spring to Summer and Summer only $15. Financial aid funds (if you are eligible) may be used to cover the cost of the parking decal if you have completed a financial aid authorization form. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the parking decal out of pocket.

When can I get my parking decal for the current year?

Decals are usually available starting the first week of class and are available at the Student Billing Office and the Receptionist Desk at the front entrance.
