Property Maintenance Technician

About the PACT Program

The Property Maintenance Technician program provides training and job placement service to individuals seeking a career in the building trades. The program consists of 16 weeks of classroom and hands-on lab instruction the must be followed by "on the job" training to receive your National Certification. It offers young adults, displaced workers, and veterans the opportunity to learn the building trades through hands on training. The program offers up to date trade and skill crafts in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, brick masonry, landscaping, building construction technology, painting, green building, and weatherization.

 Students Will Also Receive

  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification
  • WorkKeys Certification
  • Job Placement Assistance

Minimum Requirements

  • State Issued I.D.
  • English Proficiency
  •  TABE Level of 8.0 or higher in Reading and Math
  • Age 18 or older
