The past year has been an exciting one for us, and the coming year will be equally so. In June 2009, Delta received full initial accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. This accreditation will ease transfer of credit for our students and clear the way for new program development. Our new nursing program admitted its first class in January of 2010, and we anticipate another year of significant enrollment growth. We plan to expand and enhance course offerings at both the Tallulah and Lake Providence Campuses, and our online offerings through LCTCS online make “any time, any place” education a reality. In addition, a wide range of workforce training and community service classes make us a “first choice” for business and industry training in the region.
