To support the College and its students, Institutional Advancement includes the following departments, which are involved in friend raising, fund raising, and community engagement:
Mission
The Office of Institutional Advancement develops and implements funding procurement strategies to ensure the continuing enhancement and expansion of college programs and initiatives. The Department coordinates fundraising activities including grant development, annual giving, major campaigns, planned giving, and special events through relationships with individuals, alumni, corporations, foundations, and government.
- Alumnae Relations, which seeks to engage alumni through outreach, volunteer, and mentorship opportunities.
- Development, which is charged with gathering the resources needed to maintain and expand the college’s educational excellence through annual giving, major gifts, and estate planning.
- Corporate and Foundation Relations, which establishes partnerships to fund and support the diverse programs offered by at Louisiana Delta.
- Advancement Services, which provides the support services necessary to manage Institutional Advancement activities.
