PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
- If you are awarded financial aid after you signed up for the tuition payment plan, you cannot cancel your agreement. You must finish making all payments through the payment plan. You will be refunded on your Higher One account when payments exceed tuition & fees.
- You will not be able to access the payment plan after the designated times and dates. Nelnet will be closed daily to purge unpaid classes.
- Payments not received by the deadline will result in the removal of all class schedules
- You must have a current credit card, debit card or checking account number available when you sign up. Funds will be withdrawn from this account.
- Accounts used for payment must be in the student’s name. e-Cashier will not accept third party payments.
- A $25 NSF fee will be charged to your student account each time a scheduled payment is not received.
Pre Registration Deferment Options
- Payment in full. No fee charged for online service.
- Three equal installments due January 20th, February 20th and March 20th. There is a $35 registration fee added to the total amount due. You must be registered for a minimum of 6 credit hours to quality for deferred plan.
Open Registration Options (January 10 to January 12)
- Payment in full. No fee charged for online service.
- 50% of tuition and fees due immediately. Two equal installments due February 5th and March 5th. $35 registration fee added to the total amount due. You must be registered for a minimum of 6 credit hours to quality for deferred plan.
Late Registration Options (January 17 to January 19)
- Payment in full. No fee charged for online service.
- 50% of tuition and fees due immediately. 50% due March 5. A $35 dollar registration fee will be added to the total amount due. You must be registered for a minimum of six credit hours.
Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Louisiana Delta Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration. Please do not assume your balance
will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through My FACTS Account or call the Louisiana Delta Community College Student Billing Office
