Course Description: This course covers identifying, locating, and protecting underground services. Additional topics include safety requirements and safe work practices, "Call before you dig", EMI (Electro Magnetic Induction) locating, maximize locating accuracy, recognize interference, using traceable rodders and sondes, solving common locating problems in congested areas, non-destructive excavation equipment and techniques.
