Step 1: Complete the Intake Form

The Intake Form requires you to have a valid email address with access. You will need to login to your email to verify your account. Please have your information ready, or be willing to create a new account.

  Step 3: Sense of Self Survey  

The Sense of Self Survey is completely anonymous. The information gathered helps us better provide services to our students as a whole and is not looked at on an individual basis. Please complete the survey.

Step 2: Sign Supporting Documents

The Supporting Documents are required for every Adult Education student and are vital to the program and student. Please read over each document carefully before signing your understanding of their content.

 Step 4: Orientation & Pre-Test 

After completing In-Person Orientation and Pre-Test, you will be assigned to an instructor and given a date to return for classes. For upcoming orientation information, call the location you plan to attend.
