Uniform Guidance

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) serves the President of the United States in overseeing the implementation of his vision across the Executive Branch. Specifically, OMB’s mission is to assist the President in meeting his policy, budget, management and regulatory objectives and to fulfill the agency’s statutory responsibilities.

This guidance is intended to ensure compliance with federal regulations and sponsored award terms and conditions. The final guidance may be found here.

Finding Funding

Grants.gov
This is the portal for government funding opportunities. Most federal agencies use this portal as the only application portal allowed. Creation of individual accounts is not permitted. https://www.grants.gov 

Federal Register
The official daily journal of the U.S. government for rules, proposed rules, regulations, presidential documents, and notices of federal funding opportunities. https://www.federalregister.gov 

Louisiana Board of Regents
BoR’s Sponsored Programs division manages statewide and federal initiatives, including funding programs available to faculty at Louisiana’s public and private post-secondary campuses. https://web.laregents.org/programs/
