Uniform Guidance

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) serves the President of the United States in overseeing the implementation of his vision across the Executive Branch. Specifically, OMB’s mission is to assist the President in meeting his policy, budget, management and regulatory objectives and to fulfill the agency’s statutory responsibilities.

This is the portal for government funding opportunities. Most federal agencies use this portal as the only application portal allowed. Creation of individual accounts is not permitted. https://www.grants.gov 

Federal Register
The official daily journal of the U.S. government for rules, proposed rules, regulations, presidential documents, and notices of federal funding opportunities. https://www.federalregister.gov 

Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps)
A single government point of entry for federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. https://www.fbo.gov

A service of the Foundation Center, GrantSpace provides easy-to-use, self-service tools and resources to help nonprofits worldwide become more viable grant applicants and build strong, sustainable organizations. http://grantspace.org
