Call for vendors at the inaugural Louisiana Delta Comic Con

Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC) is thrilled to announce that vendor applications are now open for the inaugural Louisiana Delta Comic Con, set to take place on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. This exciting event will be held at the LDCC Monroe campus and promises a day full of fun.

This groundbreaking event, featuring game tournaments, professional cosplay events, and special guests, will provide vendors with the unique opportunity to showcase products to an enthusiastic audience of pop culture fans and community members. Vendor booths are available for sellers offering a wide range of products, including but not limited to pop culture merchandise, comic books, graphic novels, cosplay accessories, collectibles, artwork, and gaming commodities.

With an expected high turnout and extensive promotion, Louisiana Delta Comic Con offers an excellent platform for vendors to reach new customers and increase their visibility within the community. Student Engagement and Retention Manager Julie Salter explains, "This event showcases the creative spirit of our community. We are excited to partner with vendors, offering them the chance to connect with our diverse audience and provide a thrilling experience at our first-ever Comic Con."

Because Louisiana Delta Comic Con is an inclusive event for all ages, LDCC asks vendors to ensure their items are suitable for a diverse audience before applying. To apply for a vendor booth, please visit ladelta.edu and complete the vendor application form. Spaces are limited, so early application is encouraged. All vendor applications are due on August 31, 2024.

For more information, please get in touch with Julie Salter at jsalter@ladelta.edu or +1 (318) 345-9151.
