Jonesboro, LA — Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC) is proud to announce that its Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is expanding to the Jonesboro campus this summer. This high-demand workforce course will equip students with the essential skills and clinical experience needed to launch a healthcare career.
The CNA course will run from July 14 to August 8, 2025, with a mandatory orientation session scheduled for June 25 at 8:00 a.m. Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The program's cost is $1,998.00, which includes scrubs and shoes, eliminating the need for additional out-of-pocket expenses for required gear. Financial assistance is available through the MJ Foster Promise, helping eligible students afford their education and enter the workforce with confidence.

The CNA program prepares students for work in long-term care facilities, hospitals, and home health settings. Graduates of the program will be eligible to take the Louisiana CNA certification exam and begin working in the field immediately.
