WEST MONROE, LA – Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC) proudly announces the exceptional performance of its students at the Louisiana SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Conference. Students from across multiple programs delivered outstanding results, with nearly every program earning a medal and several competing successfully for the first time.

LDCC’s strong showing reflects a high level of preparation, engagement, and commitment from its students. In addition to competition success, several students connected with industry partners during the event, resulting in promising opportunities for internships and future employment.

“This outstanding performance is a direct reflection of the dedication of our students and the quality of instruction they receive at LDCC,” said LDCC Chancellor Dr. Justin Hoggard. “We are committed to preparing our students for real-world success, and it is encouraging to see them not only excel in competition but also build meaningful connections with industry partners that can lead to career opportunities.”
