Heavy Equipment Operator with NCCER Core

Course Description:  An entry-level instructional program that prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment including utility tractors, earth-moving equipment, and grades.  This introductory course includes equipment safety, identification of equipment needed for the job, basic maintenance and operational skills and an introduction in digging ditching, sloping, stripping, grading, backfilling, clearing, and excavating.  NCCER Heavy Equipment Level 1 credential is earned upon successful completion. 

Scholarships are available to cover the full tuition amount. All students are required to complete a FAFSA to qualify, School Code: 041301

Date: April 24th - May 19th
Time: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Cost: $1,870
