Checklist for Graduates

Meet with your advisor: It is encouraged for students to meet with their advisor to make sure they are on track to graduate. To do this, click here and select the school in which you are graduating under the heading “Are you Graduating?"
Attend rehearsal: if you are available at 3:00 P.M. on the day of commencement, May 13th, 2024.
Save the Date: 6:00 P.M. (GRADUATES ARRIVE BY 4:30 P.M.), May 13th, 2024, at Fant-Ewing Coliseum on ULM Campus.
RSVP: Click here to fill out the online RSVP form. You MUST complete this to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. Be sure to include if you will need any accomodations.
Cap and Gown: You can order your cap and gown online here. The deadline for online orders is April 7th. You can also buy your cap and gown in store at the LDCC Barnes and Noble on Monroe Campus. They will be in stock until May 13th, 2024.
Accessories and invitations (optional): Accessories and invitations are also available for purchase at the online cap and gown portal. Sir Speedy also prints invitations for LDCC, and their information can be found here.
Confirm your address in LoLA: Make sure your mailing address in LoLA is correct. This is the address to which your diplona will be sent.
Show Up! Be sure to check in for the ceremony at Fant-Ewing Coliseum on ULM Campus by no later than 4:30 p.m. Enter through the main entrance. You will be directed to line up according to school. See you there!
